2 cups watermelon, large dice
1/2 avocado, cubed
1 cup cucumber, large dice
½ cup feta, large dice or crumbled
6-8 mint leaves, torn
2 Tbsp Cilantro Chutney
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

In a bowl combine everything together. Serve cold.
