Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 tsp Satya Tikka Taaza
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp cilantro chutney
- Arugula
- Bread slices
- Salt to taste
Method:
Freeze and thaw the tofu, squeeze out excess water, slice, and marinate with Tikka Taaza, oil, and salt. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Mix cream cheese with cilantro chutney, spread it onto bread, and layer it with arugula and crispy tofu, and your beach sandwich is ready.
