- 1 cup uncooked instant ramen noodles, broken in large chunks
- ⅛ cup of vegetables of your choice, julienned (carrots, broccoli, zucchini etc)
- ⅛ cup of medium tofu, small diced
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. sesame oil
- ½ T. curry kamaal
- ½ T. cilantro chopped
- 2 cups of hot water
In a heat proof jar or bowl, add ramen with vegetables. In a separate small bowl, mix soy sauce with sesame oil well. Pour hot water on top of vegetables and noodles, sprinkle with curry kamaal and cilantro and cover for 3-4 minutes. Allow noodles to soften and mix well before enjoying!
