Vegetable Curried Ramen

Cook time: 2  minute  


  • 1 cup uncooked instant ramen noodles, broken in large chunks 
  • ⅛ cup of vegetables of your choice, julienned  (carrots, broccoli, zucchini etc) 
  • ⅛ cup of medium tofu, small diced 
  • 1 T. soy sauce 
  • 1 T. sesame oil 
  • ½ T. curry kamaal
  • ½ T. cilantro chopped
  • 2 cups of hot water 

In a heat proof jar or bowl, add ramen with vegetables. In a separate small bowl, mix soy sauce with sesame oil well. Pour hot water on top of vegetables and noodles, sprinkle with curry kamaal and cilantro and cover for 3-4 minutes. Allow noodles to soften and mix well before enjoying!
