Ingredients:
⅛ cup cucumber, sliced
1 small tomato, sliced
1 small potato, peeled and sliced
1 tsp ketchup
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbs Cilantro Chutney
2 slices of bread
Method:
In a small bowl, mix Cilantro Chutney with butter.
On each slice of bread, spread butter and ketchup generously.
Layer all the vegetables.
