Ingredients:- ⅛ cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- 1 small potato, peeled and sliced
- 1 t. ketchup
- 2 T. butter
- 1 T. cilantro chutney
- 2 slices of bread
In a small bowl, mix cilantro chutney with butter. On each slice of bread, spread butter and ketchup generously. Layer all the vegetables.
