Ingredients:- 2 cups firm tofu, cut into large cubes
- 1/4 cup tapioca starch
- 1 T. everything indian
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
- Cooking spray
Preheat 400 F. In a bowl, coat tofu with tapioca starch, everything indian and salt. Place tofu on a parchment lined baking sheet and spray well. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
