Ingredients:
½ cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp Curry Kamaal
1 cup firm tofu, chopped
2 tortillas
Cilantro for garnish
Salsa for garnish
Oil
Method:
In a saute pan, add oil and heat for 1 minute.
Add onion and peppers and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add tofu and curry kamaal and cook for 5 minutes.
On a tortilla place ½ of tofu mixture and cilantro and salsa.
Roll tightly and cut in half.
