Ingredients:
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1 T. curry kamaal
- 1 cup firm tofu, chopped
- 2 tortillas
- Cilantro for garnish
- Salsa for garnish
- Oil
In a saute pan, add oil and heat for 1 minute. Add onion and peppers and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add tofu and curry kamaal and cook for 5 minutes. On a tortilla place ½ of tofu mixture and cilantro and salsa. Roll tightly and cut in half.
