Ingredients:
3 chicken cutlets
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Pizza Masti
Creamy Tikka Sauce:
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp Tikka Taaza
salt
Pepper
Method:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and flour.
Cook roux for 1-2 minutes.
Whisk in milk.
Add in Tikka Taaza and season with salt.
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In an oven-safe dish layer chicken cutlets and top with Tikka Taaza cream sauce.
Sprinkle cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Garnish with Pizza Masti.
