Tikka Taaza Parmesan

3 chicken cutlets
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. Pizza masti
Creamy Tikka Sauce:
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. Tikka Taaza
salt
Pepper
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and flour. Cook roux for 1-2 minutes. Whisk in milk. Add in tikka taaza and season with salt.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. In an oven safe dish layer chicken cutlets and top with tikka taaza cream sauce. Sprinkle cheese. Bake for 10 minutes. Garnish with pizza masti.
