Ingredients:
3 cups red cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, sliced
¼ cup white vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Curry Kamaal
1 Tbsp oil
Salt
Cilantro
Method:
In a medium pot on medium heat, saute onions with oil.
Caramelize onions for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well, then cover for 10 minutes.
Season with salt.
Garnish with cilantro.
