Ingredients
½ red onion, chopped
1 potato, boiled and sliced
2 Tbsp Chaat Party
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp sev (fried chickpea strands)
8 sev puri (chickpea discs)
Method:
In a small bowl, mix Chaat Party and 2 Tbsp water to make chutney.
On each disc layer potato, chopped red onions, cilantro, Chaat Party chutney, and cilantro. Sprinkle sev as soon as you eat it so it doesn’t get soggy.
Enjoy immediately!
