Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp ghee
¼ cup grated carrots
¼ cup baby spinach
¼ green peas (optional)
¼ cup chopped zucchini (optional)
1 tsp Everything Indian
¼ tsp sugar
2 cups water
Salt to taste
Method:
Toast the oats in the ghee.
Add carrots and, Everything Indian and saute for a few more minutes.
Add water, salt, and sugar, and cook till the oats are done.
Turn off the heat and add spinach leaves to the hot oatmeal.
