Ingredients
2 potatoes, peeled and boiled
1/2 cup peas
1 Tbsp cilantro
1 Tbsp Everything Indian
1 tsp lemon juice
3 flour tortillas
1 tsp Chaat Party
1/2 cup avocado oil
2 Tbsp flour + 1 Tbsp water
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat a pan with avocado oil on low.
In a small bowl, make flour paste by mixing flour and water.
In a large bowl, grate potatoes and mix peas, Everything Indian, cilantro, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Take one tortilla and spread ½ cup potato mixture evenly and roll the tortilla tightly.
Cut 2-inch slices of tortillas.
Brush flour paste on both sides of the pinwheel.
Increase heat to medium and pan fry pinwheels until golden brown.
After cooking, sprinkle Chaat Party and serve hot!
