Ingredients:
4 slices of brioche
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp Meethi Rose
2 Tbsp butter, melted + 1 Tbsp for cooking
1/2 cup blueberries
Maple syrup, optional
Method:
In a shallow bowl whisk, eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1.5 Tbsp Meethi Rose.
Dredge a slice of bread in this egg mixture.
Preheat a pan on medium heat and melt some butter.
Cook your french toast for 3 minutes on each side.
Repeat with remaining bread.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, blueberries, and 1/2 Tbsp Meethi Rose.
Pour butter mixture on French toast, add maple syrup if you like, and enjoy warm!
