Ingredients:
- 4 slices of brioche
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 2 T. milk
- 2 T. meethi rose
- 2 T butter, melted + 1 T. for cooking
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Maple syrup, optional
In a shallow bowl whisk, eggs, milk, vanilla and 1.5 T meethi rose. Dredge a slice of bread in this egg mixture. Preheat a pan on medium heat and melt some butter. Cook your french toast for 3 minutes on each side. Repeat with remaining bread.
In small bowl, mix melted butter, blueberries and 1/2 T. meethi rose. Pour butter mixture on french toast, add maple syrup if you like and enjoy warm!
