Ingredients:

  • Shrimp

  • Cilantro Chutney

  • Yogurt

  • Cream

  • Salt

  • Oil (for shallow frying)

Method:

  • In a bowl, whisk Yogurt and cream until smooth and well combined.

  • Spread the mixture evenly onto a serving plate.

  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the shrimp.

  • Add salt and Cilantro Chutney, and cook until well coated and done.

  • Place the cooked shrimp over the creamy base.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
