Serves 4-6
Prep time: 4 hours or up to overnight
Cook time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
1/4 cup yogurt
3 Tbsp Tikka Taaza
1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
½ cup heavy cream
oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cilantro for garnish
Method:
Marinate chicken with yogurt and 1/2 of Tikka Taaza for at least 4 hours or overnight.
In a medium pot, add oil and sear chicken thighs on medium heat.
Once you sear the chicken on both sides, add tomatoes and remaining Tikka Taaza.
Cook for 20 minutes, covered.
Add cream and salt to taste.
Cook for 5 more minutes and serve hot with naan.
