Ingredients:
2 each potato, peeled and boiled
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp Everything Indian
½ cup yogurt
1 Tbsp Cilantro Chutney
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method:
In a small bowl, grate the potatoes and add remaining ingredients except for yogurt and cilantro chutney.
Mix well and form into 4 small burgers.
In a large saute pan, add oil and pan fry each tikki for 3 minutes on both sides on medium heat. For serving, mix yogurt with cilantro chutney and enjoy!
