Ingredients:
1 cup edamame
1.5 cup roasted corn
2 peaches or mango diced small
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Everything Indian
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
Method:
Toss edamame, peach/mango, corn, Everything Indian, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper to taste.
Garnish with cilantro!
