Ingredients:
1/4 cup red onion, small dice
1/2 cup cucumber, small dice
1/2 cup tomato, small dice
1/2 cup lentils, cooked
1 Tbsp Cilantro chutney
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
Cilantro for garnish
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method:
In a mason jar, layer all the ingredients in the following way: add cilantro chutney, olive oil, salt and pepper in the bottom of the jar, then add all the other ingredients.
Keep aside in the fridge and enjoy on the go!
