Ingredients:- ¼ c. red onion, chopped
- ¼ c. tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup mexican cheese blend, shredded
- ½ cup chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken)
- 1 T. cilantro, chopped
- 1 t. tikka taaza
- 4 slices of your favorite sourdough bread
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for bread. On a piece of bread add a couple of tablespoons of chicken and cheese mixture. Toast bread in a toaster oven for 3–4 minutes and enjoy warm and bubbly. Repeat with remaining mixture and bread.
