Ingredients:
2 cups roasted vermicelli
2 Tbsp ghee
4 Tbsp condensed milk
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
4 Tbsp pistachio butter
2 tsp Meethi Rose
2 Tbsp chopped pistachio
Method:
Roast the vermicelli in a skillet with the ghee, until it is a medium brown color.
Add condensed milk on low heat, and mix well.
Turn off the stove, add cocoa powder, and mix well.
Layer half of this mixture on a plate.
Layer 4 tbsp of the pistachio butter and 1 tbsp of chopped pistachio and Meethi Rose.
Next layer add the rest of the vermicelli mixture.
Garnish with chopped pistachio and Meethi Rose.
