Ingredients:- 1 ramen packet, remove noodles and discard seasoning packet
- 1/4 cup carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. curry kamaal
- 1 t. honey
- 1 t. cilantro, chopped
In a heatproof bowl, crumble raw ramen noodles. In a separate small combine, soy sauce, curry kamaal and honey. When you are ready to enjoy, pour 1/2 cup boiling water onto the ramen and soy mixture. Cover for 5 minutes. Mix well, garnish with cilantro and enjoy hot!
