Ingredients:
3 carrots, sliced diagonally (1 inch thickness)
1 Tbsp Curry Kamaal
1 Tbsp Honey
Salt & Pepper to taste
Garnish
Dried cranberries
Method:
In a medium saute pan on medium, add butter.
Melt butter, and add carrots.
Toss carrots with butter and cover for 5 minutes until tender.
Once carrots are tender add Curry Kamaal and honey.
Cook for 1 minute so the honey forms a glaze.
Garnish with dried cranberries.
