Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb boneless chicken 1 " cubed (breast or thighs)
4 Tbsp plain yogurt
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp Tikka Taaza
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp butter or oil
Garnish
Dry red chili or fresh green chili
Chopped cilantro
Method:
Marinate chicken in the yogurt and Tikka Taaza for 4 hours or overnight.
In a pan add butter/ oil, add chicken and salt, and saute on high heat till chicken is fully cooked. After the chicken is cooked add cream on low heat.
Garnish with dried red chilies or fresh green chilies and chopped cilantro.
