Ingredients:
2 cups Roasted cauliflower (or a vegetable of your choice)
1 Tbsp ginger, grated
1 Tbsp garlic, grated
2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
10-12 curry leaves
1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
1 Tbsp Everything Indian
1.5 Tbsp Chaat party
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp ghee
Method:
In a medium pot, saute onions, ginger, garlic, and curry leaves with ghee.
Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add Everything Indian and saute for an additional 1 minute.
Add coconut milk and Chaat Party.
Cook for 5 minutes on low and then add cauliflower.
Add salt to taste.
Cook for 5 more minutes and garnish with cilantro.
