Ingredients:
1/2 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup daikon radish, grated
3 dates, finely chopped
2 Tbsp slivered almonds
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Everything Indian Spice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
In a bowl, place all ingredients and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
