Ingredients:
1 apple, sliced (4 thicker slices)
1 puff pastry sheet
1-2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Sona Saffron
1 Tbsp heavy cream
Flour for dusting
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle your work surface with flour.
Roll out the puff pastry slightly with a rolling pin.
Cut the rectangle into 4 smaller rectangles and keep them aside.
Place each apple slice equidistant from each other on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with a heavy pinch of Sona Saffron.
Place a small puff pastry sheet on the apple.
Repeat with remaining apple slices.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
