Ingredients:
1 peach, diced small
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp oatmeal
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salted butter
2 tsp Sona Saffron
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Butter a small oven-safe dish well.
Add peach and Sona Saffron and mix.
In a small bowl, crumble the remaining ingredients with a fork or your hands so everything is combined.
Sprinkle the oat mixture on top of the peach and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
